Over the years, I've been asked countless times to create meal plans or lengthy training programs and I've resisted. I'm not a fan of formulaic plans that leave no room for creativity or flexibility.

Working with thousands of clients over the years, I can see repeating patterns that get in our way. There are unique combinations of codes and magic for each of us to have the best experience possible in these physical vessels we are gifted for a time. I created this system to help you find and practice the rhythms that work for you.

This is a bolder, more authentic and trusting way to do things. Logic and science have a role; as do the mysterious and magical. This isn't about dry and predictable, it's a juicier approach to life!

There is a time and place for logic, strategy, planning and measurable outcomes. These are amazing tools to have and we'll incorporate them with equally valuable decision-making tools: intuition, feelings and those things you know, without knowing how you know them! It's like my garden which requires me to set aside time, to use reliable methods and to prepare with certain tools. However, there's also a healthy dose of organic flow, responsiveness and trust in the process of bringing something to life.

This is a culmination of my own experiences and knowledge. Wisdom earned through education and 25+ years of work in healthcare, business and wellness. People rarely change with information alone. Even with a good plan, something is missing. Research and my experience both show that people are most likely to change when they have strong, supportive relationships. I want to make possible what others have told you cannot be. Whatever it is, I like to shake things up and remind you that there is always another way. There's power in challenging the general consensus and conjuring a better vision for your world.

My personal and client experiences with soft-tissue injuries and restrictions, lead me to discover some ancient and modern techniques to address our range of motion.

Breathing is the medicine of life and has become a lost art. It is your foundation. You can lean on it when you need to take stock of where you are on your journey or in your day.

Tuning into your breath unleashes an entire cascade of reactions in your body. This is where you will find balance and healing. It’s important to maximize the daily frequency that this magic is released for your body to repair and recover. Join me as I walk you through several breathing exercises that will relax you and calm your nervous system.

Small steps are important and actually far more powerful and constructive than you realize. Sometimes we're gaining ground, but the effect isn't immediately obvious. This doesn't mean that nothing is happening. The effects of your actions are cumulative and they begin to overflow into the physical world with an impact that may surprise you.
